So Red Mass + Sonia Sotomayor = Red Sonia, right? Check out this movie that I guess was postponed until next year called "Red Sonja" starring Rose McGowan (based on a comic book character). She first appeared in Conan the Barbarian #23 (Marvel Comics): I even found this LoL There are several different versions of Red Sonja (like most comic book heroes, she evolved out of different characters & incarnations), and I will talk about the prototypes for red sonya/red sonja in my next post. So right here is where this theme of "Evolution" surfaces. I'll start with X-Men: If you remember the opening of the first X-Men movie, it was narrated by Patrick Stewart (Professor X = Jesus) and he talks about Evolution. I suggest you watch the whole clip below as each scene is very important: Notice the first scene is about Magneto (Death Magnet/Philosopher's Magnet) in a concentration camp in 1944, followed by a LOVE scene with Rogue (Anagram of "Rouge", the French word for "Red"!), and it cuts straight to a congressional hearing where "Red Sonja" tries to defend mutant rights (She is wearing the same kind of red suit that Sonia Sotomayor wore to her confirmation hearings!) In a past post, I compared the centuries to the cards of the major arcana (Century 21 and the Golden Globe = Card 21 "The World"). In this case, 20th Century Fox corresponds to Card 20 "Judgement" (Justices/Judges). Listen to the 'trumpets' of the 20th Century Fox theme and look at the picture: CREEEPY!! Especially Creepy is what Magneto says at the end. "I will BRING YOU HOPE (Obama), old friend; and I ask only one thing in return: Don't get in my way. Now take the "Evolution" theme from X-Men and put it together with the RED QUEEN HYPOTHESIS (which is essentially Darwin's theory of evolution). "It really goes against the grain because most of us have this Darwinian view of speciation," says Pagel. "What we're saying is that to think about natural selection as the cause of speciation is perhaps wrong." .... Hmm... "Rare Events" = Galactic Alignment? "Happy Accidents" = Smiley Face Death Omen? And Climate Change??? The correlation here is Red Sonja was defeated by X-Man Wolverine, much like the Red Queen Hypothesis being 'defeated' by the X-Men hypothesis that evolution Leaps Foward. It's important to note that many scientists don't see a contradiction between these two ideas (Red Queen hypothesis does explain the advantages of sexual reproduction - so maybe the best picture of evolution is a combination of the two: merging/sex/making love lol) So I'm definitely getting a message here: Change is happening. And we should always keep in mind that changes in our environment, whether it's the physical environment, social environment, political environment, economic environment -- all of these things are influencing our evolution. Whether we want to believe it or not - evolution is happening all the time! The Mayan said that when the end of the 4th world approaches, it would be a time where every person would have to make a choice about how to live their lives. So you could say that "evolution" is really a choice. Choice is important because it's at the essence of "free will" and "freedom". And choice always invovles making Judgement Calls. So maybe this is why the "Justice" theme is so pronounced. Justice is something we do, judgement is the same as decision ("Decision 2008" - elections are decisions/judgements!). I found this video recently on youtube, it's all about the GC and evolution and I think it fits with this message of choice and change. I think the imagery is important ("Can you Feel the Wave of Life/Tsunami, Can you feel the sigh of Love/Hearts") Okay, so now we are going shift the focus to the other Red Queen from the Alice series, The Queen of Hearts: "The Red Queen" is from Through the Looking Glass (based on chess board) and "The Queen of Hearts" is from Wonderland (based on a deck of playing cards). She's of Greek descent and is releasing her album 'Family Jewels' on February 15th 2010.. Notice how she's looks ~ beheaded / decapitated ~ maybe some doll head synch. Lupercalia ~ February 15th Album release ~ February 15th One of the songs to be released as a single is 'Hollywood', it's dreadful music and painful to listen to (especially to me as i write music).. one of the main lines in the chorus is; "We're obsessed with the mess that's America" So taking into consideration that the Winter Olympics start on February 12th and are Bigfoot in nature due to the Olympic mascot being Sasquatch/Bigfoot.. She's Greek ~ Greece is home of the Olympics...
