It’s sticking with me because a big story in the local news earlier this month was a skit by a popular comedy team which mocked dying children called “Make A Realistic Wish”. People were so outraged that the show was threatened with cancellation.

Don't have time to watch it all, but thanks for the link. I see it was a movie and then turned into the Disneyland ride, shown in the "Magic Eye" theater. I remember the ride was supposed to be in 3D.

Maybe I’m just on Jackson overload but I noted that he sang ABC so his death linked in my mind to the the ABC day care center in Mexico, where 47 children died in a fire.
